Andy joined PanGeo in 2016 as Chairman. He has more than 35 years experience of offshore survey for the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors with Brown & Root, BUE Subsea, Stena Offshore, and as founding Managing Director of both Oceanscan and recently, NCS Survey. Andy has a BSc in Topographic Science – Geomatics from Glasgow University.
Shantanu is a partner with Energy Ventures (Houston office). He attended MBA program at the Harvard Business School, Cambridge, USA and holds B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Moya has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas sector working in Houston, Texas, the United Kingdom, Norway, and the Middle East. She is also founder of Pan Maritime Energy Services. Moya holds a B.Eng. in Naval Architecture Marine Engineering.
Professor Jacques Yves Guigne has more than 35 years of acoustic and geophysical designs and innovative applications for space research, deep earth imaging and sub-seabed investigations. He is a recognised pioneer for seabed exploration off the East Coast of Canada, Beaufort Sea and Canadian Arctic regions. In 2013, he received the international Rayleigh Medal for physics by the Institute of Acoustics for his recognized work in sub-seabed mapping of geo-hazards. Jacques was given the President’s Award for Outstanding Research, from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1990. Dr. Guigne holds a Visiting Professorship with the University of Bath (England) – Physics Department and continues to expand on his comprehensive peer reviewed journal publication record. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Acoustics, a registered Professional Geoscientist and an Associate Member of two key geophysical societies.
Richard Pardoe has over 30 years of experience working in a variety of technical industries. Prior to joining Chevron, he organized field trials for electrochlorination and cathodic protection systems as the field manager for a small startup company. He joined Chevron as a process engineer supporting the sale of specialty catalysts for hydroprocessing units in Asia and Europe. He also participated in and led design teams for residuum desulfurizers and hydrocracking units in Japan and Poland. He then moved to Chevron’s Supply and trading organization, working on the scheduling and delivery of the company’s California crude oil production as well as marine deliveries to Chevron’s California refineries. He joined the company’s Venture Capital Group in 2006. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Scott is a Portfolio Manager at Scottish Enterprise, managing a portfolio of equity investments. Prior to joining SE in 2013, Scott spent 12 years providing both debt and equity to the Private Equity industry. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
