Moya has 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector working in Houston, Texas, the United Kingdom, Norway, and the Middle East. She is also founder of Pan Maritime Energy Services. Moya holds a B.Eng. in Naval Architecture Marine Engineering.

Jacques Yves Guigné, Ph.D, P.Geo., FIOAExecutive Director and Chief Scientist
Jacques has more than 25 years of acoustic designs and innovative applications for space research and seabed investigations. He holds a Ph.D in Underwater Acoustics (Bath) a MSc in Marine Geophysics (Wales), a Diploma in Applied Marine Sciences (Swansea) and a BSc in Physical Geography-Geomorphology (Winnipeg). Jacques is a professor with the University of Bath.

Neil Phillips, CA – Chief Financial Officer
Neil has more than 25 years of financial management experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons).

Gary Dinn, P.Eng. – Vice President Technology Development
Gary has more than 25 years experience in the marine sector in the areas of electronics and acoustics, project management and electronic and mechanical design. He has a solid record in the marketing of products and technology internationally. Gary served as President of M3 Sonar Inc / M3C Technical Inc., and was a founder and director of Rutter Inc. and founder and president of Consolidated Technologies Inc. Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.

Alex FlemingVice President Global Operations
Alex Fleming has been involved in the offshore construction oil and gas business for over 30 years. Educated as a Civil Engineer, Alex initially worked on major civil engineering projects. The majority of his experience involves global offshore hydrographic surveys. He has held senior roles in the areas of project management, survey management and operations.

Jostein Aleksandersen – Operations Support Manager, Norway
Jostein has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of subsea engineering, offshore operations, project management and general management. He was educated in the United States and Norway in mechanical and subsea engineering.

Ian McDermott, Ph.D – Director, Geoscience Services
Ian has 20 years experience in academic and commercial enterprise R&D and in the seismic industry. He holds a Ph.D in Ocean Science and a BSc in Marine Physics (Wales).

Richard Charron, Ph.D – Director, Research and Development
Richard has more than 20 years of experience in the areas scientific computing and mathematical modeling with a focus over the past 10 years on underwater acoustics. He holds a Ph.D (UNB), Masters (Waterloo), and BSc (UNB) degrees in applied mathematics. Richard also holds an Adjunct Professorship with Memorial University's Mathematics and Statistics Department.

Thomas McKeever, MSc – Operations Manager
Tom has over 15 years experience in sonar research and development, field operations and project management. Tom is responsible for management and execution of field operations, operating procedures, safety plans, training of personnel and liaising with clients. Tom holds a BSc and a MSc, with distinction, from Memorial University and completed a Graduated Diploma in Aquaculture Technology from the Marine Institute.

Catherina Kennedy, B.A. – Manager, Corporate Affairs and Human Resources
Catherina manages the company's requirements in the areas of corporate communications, human resources, marketing and customer response, and facilities management. She is a graduate of Memorial University and completed graduate studies in law with the University of London, United Kingdom.
