PanGeo Subsea is a privately held company formed in 2006 between Pan Maritime Energy Services Inc. and Guigné International Ltd, with venture capital investment by Energy Ventures AS. In July 2009 PanGeo Subsea welcomed Lime Rock Partners and CTTV Investments LLC, the venture capital arm of Chevron, as investors.
